BLT at Airport Causes Illness - M&S Simply Food, England

I think it was an their BLT sandwich at Birmingham airport.  I rarely have nausea and vomiting but this was awful and lasted for about 14 hours. It happened Yesterday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Sweating
