I consumed about 1/3 of the meal before I realized something was very off. The taste became offensive...About 2-3 hours later I became very sick with severe stomach cramps, chills etc. Lasted all night into the next day..I was close to calling 911 but did not. included...I thought cheese was yellow. not brown. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Walmart stopped doing fda quality food checks on their food so they don’t check for certain quality checks on food anymore :( unfortunately
