I ate there with my wife on Friday, March 13 at about 7:30 PM. I had the seitan wing salad and the hummus appetizer with a Pilsner draft beer. My wife had very similar things however didn’t have barbecue sauce on her seitan and didn’t have the beer. I know I got this from Mad Mex because I hadn’t eaten anywhere for a long time other than a prepackaged protein pack oatmeal cookie. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got a call from Mad Mex, they insist they 'do everything possible' to ensure people don't get food poisoning, however also concede that it is a possibility. they also said the Romaine ecoli alert would be coming out today and that it doesn't apply to my case because their's is not prepackaged and they only get in heads of romaine lettuce and wash/chop at their restaurant. The didn't have any explanation or idea on how this would have happened, and I anticipated that response.
