Chicken Sandwich Causes Illness - Main Chick Hot Chicken, Los Angeles California

I ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken tender, and fries around 9pm on September 2, 2024. Woke up at 6am on September 3 with a slight stomach ache and loose stool. As the day went on the stomach ache got worse, I developed a headache, some low-level nausea, and fatigue. By ~5pm I had a fever, chills, muscle aches, extreme fatigue, plus the persistent headache and stomach ache. These improved around 10pm. As of 4pm September 4, the stomach ache and cramping persists but most other symptoms have subsided. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue
