In 2013, I vacationed. I got incredibly sick during that trip. I had diarrhea, vomiting and excruciating stomach pains. I felt like I was going to die. I also was flushed and had excessive sweating, but no fever. I could only drink bottled water and could not eat for 3 days out of the 5 day trip. I wasn’t going to post this, but once I heard about the reports of violence and deaths and poisonings in DR, it put my personal experience with illness at the SAME resort as some of the victims into perspective. I felt I had to post this to share with others. Now I think back, if I was truly ill with a virus or bacteria, Zr would have had a fever, but I didn’t. I wonder if it may have been some kind of poison? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Fever
