I have an iron stomach…but a couple years ago I went for vacation, second day in I got the worst stomach pangs I ever felt. I was in the fetal position in bed with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. I wished I was home and was crying myself to sleep. I will never go back to the DR again, especially to that crappy “resort” | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
