Jan 7-present Vacationing at Majestic Mirage, Punta Cana. Diagnosed when we returned home. 5 day hospitalization. We arrived Jan 3 and left Jan 12. On Jan 7 got sick with headache, diarrhea, fever, nausea, vomiting. Couldn’t leave the room. Hospitalized for 5 days upon return home with severe electrolyte problems. Still not completely back to normal. 6 out of 14 of us became ill with diarrhea illness. Assuming the rest had samanella as well as we ate our meals together.. We are at several places on the property before getting sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache

Hi. Sorry you got sick. Wanted to let you know that we were at Majestic Mirage January 5th-11th. Two got sick on January 8th/9th and I got sick on January 10th. We were terribly sick traveling back to DC and went to the hospital when we got home for iv fluids and medicine. Our tests came back positive for salmonella poisoning and it has been terrible.
Lewisite poisoning.
