Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, other: Weakness
Suspected source: My and my boyfriend ate at mamacitas on nasa rd1 yesterday afternoon. The only thing we ate in common was the red salsa. We both started vomiting with in 20 minutes of each other around 12:30 am. I ate more of the salsa and my symptoms are more severe.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
