Had dinner yesterday night around 9:30pm. Had the vegeteriano eggplant sandwich and minestrone soup. Ate nothing after that. Woke up this morning with stomach pain, stomach cramps and multiple episodes of diarrhea. Reported it to manager Sam Perigi. He shrugged it off, kind of made a joke about it and made it seem like no big deal. I’m having severe stomach pain and this is not okay. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
