BBQ Chicken Causes Illness - Maplestreet Station, Oxford Ohio

I ate the barbecue chicken during lunch today (09/01/2024 around 2:50pm) from the Delicious Without station at Maplestreet Station. Within 2 hours, I had severe watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, chills, heartburn, nausea, and a headache. I felt severely dehydrated, and had diarrhea again less than 2 hours later (still just water). That was the only thing I had eaten, and I thought it tasted off so I only ate about half of my chicken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Heartburn, Dehydration
