I consumed an iced coffee (caramel) from this location as did my friend. We both later experienced extreme diarrhea, body ached, and head aches at the same time. It was the only thing we consumed together.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Body Ache

I ate the barbecue chicken during lunch today (09/01/2024 around 2:50pm) from the Delicious Without station at Maplestreet Station. Within 2 hours, I had severe watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, chills, heartburn, nausea, and a headache. I felt severely dehydrated, and had diarrhea again less than 2 hours… See more

Basically, I got a burrito and even three days later am still s**ting water. I also threw up the day of, had a fever the day of, and I know it was because I was fine before, it was the only thing I ate, and less than an hour later was when I first got nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
