I ate slices of pepperoni and pineapple pizza yesterday and today (4/17/25-4/18/25) and experienced a pain in my abdomen for extended periods of time each night after eating the pizza. Onset: About 2-3 hours after eating the slices. Duration: 12+ hours. Pain is concise and I feel it in upper right abdominal area, making it difficult to sleep. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

Me too! But mine was only extra cheese and onion. And I'm in GA. It's awful. Second time this has happened, I even tried a different location. I used to order their pizza all the time, no problem. But this past year, they must've changed something with their pizza. I'm never ordering from them again.
