Steak fajitas, I ordered steak fajitas from the restaurant through UberEats, they arrived warm (not hot) and within 3 hours of consuming I was nauseous and violently vomiting my food back up. After an hour of projectile vomiting I was still nauseous and began having diarrhea for the next consecutive 6 hours. I ate my food at 9:30pm and I was unable to sleep last night because of the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
