Steak fajitas, I ordered steak fajitas from the restaurant through UberEats, they arrived warm (not hot) and within 3 hours of consuming I was nauseous and violently vomiting my food back up. After an hour of projectile vomiting I was still nauseous and began having diarrhea for the next consecutive 6 hours.
