I bought 2 Marie Collender chicken pot pies at a local store. A few hours after consuming one off them I became very sick with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. I have been unable to keep anything down since then and have run a fever. I have been sick for two days now and have very little relief from the symptoms. I almost now dehydrated and may be facing being hospitalized due to this contamination. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Fever, Cramps, Dehydration
