No Handwashing Sign, Illness - Mario's Homemade Pasta Kitchen, Rochester New York

We went to eat tonight and are regulars. However, after tonight's meal I ended up getting very sick to my stomach. It happened while we were still at the Restaraunt about ten minutes after finishing my meal. I ended up with horrific stomach cramps bloating, diarrhea, and lots of nausea and sweating.
I also noticed in their bathroom, there is no sign instructing employees to wash their hands anywhere to be found. There used to be one, but it's now gone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating, Sweating
