A side salad from this Restaurant had black spots on a few pieces of the lettuce. I picked it out and ate it anyway. So stupid! In the middle of the night I had severe stomach cramps chills and cold sweats. There was a lot of both kinds of eliminations amd I layed on the bathroom floor for a while. I still have Extreme Fatigue. I have slept off and on since throwing up late last night. Can't get out of bed. Also I am 7 months pregnant. | Symptoms: Fatigue, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
