I think it was the Marketside Leafy Romaine salad with red leaf lettuce that I bought at here, I started eating the salad on Sunday and was not feeling well all week. On friday I had yellowish diarrhea. Saturday and Sunday the stool was more formed, but still yellowish/brown. I also have abdominal pain. It happened About 3-4 days ago, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
