I have spent 3 days very unwell after eating a Marks and Spencer's mushroom risotto ready meal. The meal was well in date and was heated according to the times given on the packaging, per power of my microwave. It caused 48 hours of vomiting, diarrhoea, severe stomach cramps and I have been left severely dehydrated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
