Complaint Regarding Sushi Purchased at Woolwich M&S Dear M&S Customer Service, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a product I purchased at your Woolwich store. Yesterday, I bought a pack of sushi, and unfortunately, after consuming it, I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms. Later that night, I woke up with intense stomach cramps and nausea, which were followed by diarrhea. These symptoms persisted throughout the day, leaving me unable to eat and feeling unwell overall. I am highly disappointed, as I trust M&S to maintain high standards of quality and food safety. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a resolution, as this incident has caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. I look forward to your prompt response.
