Healthy choice lemon herb chicken, Having watery diarrhea all day with occasional vomiting today after eating the healthy choice frozen meal last night. I didn’t have time to eat anything else yesterday and ate the frozen dinner immediately after I came home so I strongly believe this is the culprit. I drove straight to the store and straight home and didn’t leave my groceries in the car for too long or anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
