Omelet Leads to Salmonella - Maspalomas Princess, Maspalomas Canarias

Just a few hours after consuming a freshly made omelet at their morning buffet. I had severe gastrointestinal issues ranging from nausea, diarheae and chills. These symptoms have so far continued for over a week now and after consulting a doctor a salmonella infection was confirmed. After making complaint with the staff they were unfortunately rather dismissive.
