Ordered the "Simple" salad dressed with their salad dressing. Had it topped with the ahi tuna cooked medium rare- It tasted fine, no off taste- woke up with severe abdominal pains around 3 am and am still getting sick. Fever and chills, nausea and vomiting, headache and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
