Ahi Tuna Salad Illness - Matchbox Pizza Merrifield,

Ordered the "Simple" salad dressed with their salad dressing. Had it topped with the ahi tuna cooked medium rare- It tasted fine, no off taste- woke up with severe abdominal pains around 3 am and am still getting sick.
