The Health inspectors observed “numerous live roaches of varying sizes in soda machine cabinet, water system equipment room and electrical room,” while roach droppings, roach “body parts and dead roaches of varying sizes” were found behind kitchen equipment and a chest freezer.

Roaches were already identified in the restaurant, based on a pest control report dated March 14.
