I placed an order for carry out at Mayuri Express on 2/10/18. After I picked it up and ate it the night of 2/10/18, the following morning I experienced symptoms of constant gnawing abdominal pain that was so severe that I thought I was going to pass out. Constant diarrhea accompanied the excruciating abdominal pain as well as nausea, fever, headaches, and body aches. I was unable to go get medical care on 2/11/18 the following day because of how bad the symptoms were. I was finally able to make it to an urgent care clinic on 2/12/18 and a stool sample tested positive for Salmonella. I was put on antibiotic therapy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Body Ache
