I took my lunch from Amazon at 9:30 and went to the jack in the box, store # 4376, on MacArthur in Tracy California. I had the brewhouse bacon burger meal small. Around 12:30 pm I began to feel very light headed and weak. My stomach started hurting shortly after so I went to the bathroom to see if it was a digestion issue, but it wasn't. I then went to the amcare office @ Amazon to address my cituation. I began to drink water and started to commit for about an hour. It's now 2:20pm and I'm siting at the jack in the box making this report. I had to leave work because I could not continue working.
