Ate a quarter pounder w/cheese and a small order of nuggets around 12:30 pm on 9/5/18. The nuggets sucked more than they usually do. Around 4:00 pm I started having abdominal pain and dizziness. I went home and the symptoms progressively got worse. Hi fever, vomiting, diarrhea, headache thru the night.
