I was coming to work around 7 o'clock pm I ate a McChicken with cheese and substitute my regular bun for a Artisan bun. as I was working around 11 o'clock my stomach started to hurt around 12 o'clock I started using the bathroom I kept using the bathroom like 4 times around 1 o'clock when I was asked to leave home early I started to throw up at home around 3 o'clock I started to throw up again I called the ambulance around 5 o'clock because it was getting worse and I went to the emergancy room. I was given antibiotic medicine with Ondansetron 4mg tablet and Ranitidine 150mg every 12hours. I had Gastritis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
