4 pc nugget happy meal at 4pm on a Wednesday. Scarfed the food down bc I was starving. Within 30 minutes of eating, I started feeling sick to my stomach. Diarrhea followed & body chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
