Fast Food Illness: GI Pain - McDonald's, Abilene Texas

I as not sure. Maybe a sausage McGriddle or Carmel Frappe., 1 got sick. 20-30 minutes after finishing food. 1st symptom was intense gastrointestinal pain-like a deep cramp. Then vomiting & then intense sweating & then diarrhea. Lasted about 45 minutes. Feel weak & some residual cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Sweating
