Fries Cause Severe Cramps - McDonald's, Allentown Pennsylvania

7 years ago reported by user-pkbtd926 business

McDonald's, 1432 S 4th St, Allentown, PA 18103, USA

1432 South 4th Street, Allentown, 18103 Pennsylvania, United States

Fries, on Sept 22. Within an hour or two I was cramping very badly with extremely intense stomach pain. I spent the rest of the day and all of that night having diarrhea and the pain has continued to now, a week later, but the diahrrea did not come back after sunday. The cramping, bloating and gas has persisted.

I suspect this was an act of revenge by the part of the employees, who almost never get an order correct, who may have been mad at me when I returned saying they messed up my order and left out an order of fries.

A friend of mine who was with me, who I also shared the fries with, came down sick at the same time as me and has the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain
