I ate a salad at McDonald's on Larkin Ave in Elgin ILL 60124 and.been sick with diarrhea, I can't work on roof I have to be close to toilet, I ate salad it tasted fine, on 12th of July today 7/18/18 I spoke with manager about it. It was a little embarrassing. I hope this goes away on its own? | Symptoms: Diarrhea
