After taking a big Mac at McDonald's McDonald's on Monday, July 4 that I consumed in the process, I felt the urge to go to the bathroom around 3:00am. Diarrhoea for two days of fever and really not well. The Big Mac was barely hot when I wanted to eat it. I certainly should have abstained. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
