Got two Big Macs and a large fry at approximately 10:45pm on November the 23rd, 2019. Ate the burgers and fries and a few hours later felt nauseous until I puked my guts out. It is the 24th now at 4:50 and I am still experiencing diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
