I went to Mcdonald's around 6 and had a McChicken sandwich. About an hour after so started getting symptoms; headache, nausea, fever. Then I woke up in the middle of the night around 2 am and started vomiting every 30 minutes until 10 am. Now it's 6:57 pm and I have a fever, nausea, and i've been dehydrated all day and couldn't keep water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
