McChicken Causes Severe Illness - McDonald's, Evansville Indiana

I went to Mcdonald's around 6 and had a McChicken sandwich. About an hour after so started getting symptoms; headache, nausea, fever. Then I woke up in the middle of the night around 2 am and started vomiting every 30 minutes until 10 am.
