Fish Sandwich Illness Report - McDonald's, Vancouver Washington

Fish sandwich  I ordered the fish sandwich about 1:30pm today and began feeling nausea about 90 minutes later.  Initially, urge to defecate end watery stools.  Nausea grew worse, felt bloated and gaggy.   Finally resolved to vomit and did that about three times.  Once I vomited I felt better but am still a little nauseated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Bloating
