Got pancakes and sausage around the time they opened at 4:30am. Went to bed hours later to be woken up with bad stomach pain at 11am. Ended up throwing up and having diarrhea. This is the second time this has happened to me from this McDonald’s. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
