I got a 10 piece McNugget, sweet and sour sauce, and frozen cola from McDonald's around 7:30pm yesterday and at the meal around 7:45pm. Shortly after (like 30 minutes after, I started experiencing stomach pains. By around 10:30pm, I had started throwing up and getting horrible stomach cramping and chills, and I kept throwing up until about 2:30am. I didn't eat anything different the entire day other than the McDonald's meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
