Late Night Fast Food Illness - McDonald's, Richmond California

Came in around 2 am, with some friends on 11/25. My friend ended up feeling the symptoms on 11/26 and I ended up getting them on 11/27. Same exact symptoms except I got a bit of the fever chills. All I had was fries and apple pies, my friend had 3 mcchickens. Place looked sketch. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
