Friday7/5/24 I got food poisoning from McDonald’sI’m assuming it was because of the lettuce on my McChicken
Because my son did not get sick and his food had no lettuce
In the evening, I started feeling disgustingly sick and trying to figure out why my stomach was upset
It wasn’t until about 11 PM. I started vomiting and the other of course💩
I puked until four in the morning, along with the other 💩
Continued until Saturday evening | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
