I just recently ate McDonald’s here and not even 12 hours pass I start throwing up a lot. I was up all night throwing up in a trash cash with straight water since the first two vomited was the burger. It wasn’t even digested down it was all flemmy and almost whole. This isn’t okay because I just found out I was recently pregnant. And I’m not throwing up because I’m pregnant because my fiancé ate McDonald’s and he has really bad diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

It shouldn't come as a surprise when all you have to do is watch how people do things and look at who fast food hires. Restaurants and fast food hire anyone but it's becoming crystal clear restaurants and fast food must have a protocol to hire people with the worst hygiene and you can forget about anyone having a clue what infection control is
