McDouble meal; lettuce wrapped, I ate the meal for lunch. There had been a recall of lettuce in Ontario and I had it served to me today. The symptoms started 6 hours after ingestion. I have vomited twice and have stomach pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
