I went to Mcdonalds at around 1:40pm,at victoria park and sheppard.I went to the drive thru ans ordered a junior chicken,fries and fruitopia.After eating the junior chicken,i started feeling weird.I continued eating it,and i started getting stomach aches.I then stopped eating it.I ate a few fries,and still felt sick.When I got home,I was in a lot of pain.I went to the washroom,and was on the toilet for about half an hour.I had diarrhea.I couldn’t get up.When i tried getting up i threw up.I then forced myself,and stood up,and drank water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
