Big Mac Illness Strikes Twice - McDonald's, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I got sick Feb. 15 and my wife had it for lunch Feb 16 and now she is sick. I had a big Mac( which has lettuce) And serval hrs later I was vomiting, diarrhea (violent ly) Nausea, and cold chills. This lasted for several hrs. Recovery took several days as well. My muscles was fatigued from violently vomiting and excessive diarrhea.
