I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal with large fry, strawberry shake, extra spicy sauce, and a McDouble. I got violently ill and nearly ended up in the hospital. Symptoms occurred about an hour or two after eating. Food was delivered by DoorDash. I have never gotten this physically ill by eating fast food. I don't know what the hell happened but I will not be eating at this location ever again. It happened on Wednesday night into Thursday morning, | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Hey, I just had a very similar experience from another Newark McDonald’s. I think it was the shake for me - do you normally order them and feel okay?
