Got a breakfast meal there this morning on the way to work. I realized the hash brown looked a bit questionable while eating on my drive to work,kept eating anyway and threw up out my window/ pulled over to throw up more about a block away from work, felt sick the rest of the day and even left work a bit early ... still feel nausea as I'm writing this...not sure if it was the hash brown or the sandwich but i'm sure it was the food. I felt fine until about 5-10 mins after eating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
