I ate fries, Big Mac burger and a Mcflurry. Few hours later I began to feel very hot, sweaty, light headed and shakey. Then suddenly became very nauseous and vomited. Definitely the burger that messed me up. Recently ate McDonald's again only because my dad bought it and I didn't want to waste it. Low and behold the same thing happened, only coupled with back and neck pains and a severe migraine. NEVER EATING MCDONALDS AGAIN. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine, Sweating
