I ate a Big Mac and I thought the hamburger tasted really strange. I simply thought it must be because I hadn't eaten it for a long time and I couldn't remember what it tasted like. But I really thought it was weird. This is the only thing I ate and since then I have been lying in bed with excruciating pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
