Late-Night Fast-Food Woes - McDonald's, Saint Paul Alberta

15 hour work day and the only thing open was McDonald's. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal at around midnight.

Started getting a fever and vomiting at 07:00. Slept almost the entire day away with chills and bone aches. Lost a day's pay thanks to that.

Haven't eaten McDonald's for a couple of years and now I see why I won't again. Place is criminal imo. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
