My son had 3 cheeseburger with a side of pickles for lunch on Feb 11 and within 2 hours had a 101.6 fever along with diahrea and vomiting. I reached out to McDonald's corporate at 6pm to report this and as of 945am on Feb 12 when I called back about test results of food they had no answers just told me they reached out to ownership group and heard nothing back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
