i ate a mc chicken and a small fries 2 hours later my stomach was hurting soo bad that i was literally crying and i also started throwing up a lot but the pain didnt get any better after throwing it all upSuspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, other: pain in my back
